We’re very transparent about our pricing which can be found with the add-ons on each service page.
Coffee cart service starts at $600 for 2 hours
Refresher cart service starts at $750 for 2 hours
Mobile bar service pricing is determined by the guest count, the length of service time, and the beverages to be served and requires discussion amongst both parties
Add-ons like custom cups, a second barista, or a custom cart are also available on each page. Setup and breakdown are always included at no extra charge. We have you covered!

We handle full setup and breakdown on the day of your event. No hidden fees or surprises. Two baristas are required for events with 50 or more guests and can be added as an upgrade.

Fill out our submission form in our “Contact Us” page. We recommend submitting your form at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons like the holidays and summer.
STEP TWO:
Keep a look out in your inbox for our response email that will give you instructions on what do to next.
That said, don't hesitate to contact us for last-minute requests. We'll do our best to make it happen!

Our mobile coffee cart serves handcrafted espresso based drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos as well as non-espresso based drinks like coco and chai.
Our refresher cart brings fruity, colorful drinks perfect for warm Houston days.
And our cocktail bar is ideal for weddings and evening events where you want something a little more festive. You can also mix and match services for larger events.

Our espresso equipment does require access to a standard 110V electrical outlet.
For the refresher cart service and mobile bar service, a power source is not necessary.

Our cart needs approximately a 7×7 foot space to set up comfortably, including room for the barista to move and guests to queue.
We arrive 45–60 minutes before your event start time to set up so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

Yes! By default in our coffee cart service, we offer oat milk and almond milk as an alternative to our regular milk (whole).
We take allergies seriously and our baristas are happy to accommodate requests at the event. If you have guests with specific dietary needs, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can make sure the right options are available and ready for your event.
